Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Psaki, the eldest of three daughters,was born in Stamford, Connecticut in 1978 to psychotherapist[8] Eileen (nee Dolan) Medvey[9] and Dimitrios "James" R. Psaki (Greek: Demetrios R. Psakes), a real estate developer who retired with a grandfather who moved to Greece in 1904 and her grandmother was of Irish descent. In the year 1976, her parents got married. Psaki has Polish roots. She graduated Greenwich High School, 1996. In 2000, she completed her studies at the College of William & Mary. She graduated with a degree in English as well as sociology. She is an active Chi Omega sorority member. Psaki participated in backstroke swimming for William & Mary Tribe for two years. Psaki started her career in 2001 when she was involved in the re-election campaigns for Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki was John Kerry's press secretary in 2004. Psaki was also the director of communications of Joseph Crowley, a U.S. representative, and was the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced Psaki as an analyst in the 2022 United States Elections and during the presidential campaign in 2024. In 2023, she will also host a show that MSNBC will stream on its Peacock streaming platform. Her first television appearance came on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she discussed the Robb Elementary School shooting.
